For over 35 years Poly Extrusions Inc. has been consistently providing our customers custom plastic extrusion, tubing and profiles designed to reflect your specific needs down to the last detail. Our highly qualified staff combines more then 45 years of experience in custom plastic extrusion, die creation and development. Poly Extrusion Inc. server many different businesses, all with the custom plastic extrusion that help them succeed in current marketplaces.

Our History

In 1989, Ed Bilewtch started a small company in Long Beach, CA to focus on extrusions for plastic drinking straws. He started with only a few machines focused towards one industry. After a few years he began to work with new materials which in turn created the opportunity to manufacture for additional industries. After business began to increase, he moved to a larger facility in Hesperia, CA to fit the demand for his growing extrusion company.

In 2013, under new management, the company once again moved to a larger facility in Ontario, CA. In addition to plastic tubes and straws, we have now put focus towards plastic profiles and rods. With a wide variety of industries in need of plastic extrusions, we are constantly looking to bring new products into production..
